Delaware Corporate Whistleblower Center Now Appeals to a Healthcare Employee in Delaware To Call Them About Rewards If Their Employer Is Overbilling Medicare For Unnecessary Procedures

What makes Delaware unique it is a small state, and local healthcare providers can get away with all kinds of things and the employees say nothing out of fear of losing their job”

— Delaware Corporate Whistleblower Center

WASHINGTON, DC, USA, September 26, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Delaware Corporate Whistleblower Center is urging an employee of a hospital, a skilled nursing facility, a nursing home, a hospice provider, a dialysis center or a in home healthcare company anywhere in Delaware to call them at 866-714-6466 if their employer is engaged in significant overbilling of Medicare. They are specifically focused on a healthcare provider billing Medicare for performing unnecessary medical procedures. http://Delaware.CorporateWhistleblower.Com

Examples of the type of potential healthcare whistleblower the Delaware Corporate Whistleblower Center would like to hear from:

* A ER doctor in Delaware who has proof their hospital/employer is billing Medicare for unneeded medical procedures on a very regular basis.
* An employee or insider with proof a cardiology group in Delaware that is performing unnecessary cardiac catheterizations their patients.
* An employee of a 'Sleep Center' that is gouging Medicare with significant up-coding or for medical procedures that never took place or procedures that were medically unnecessary.
* A hospice provider in Delaware that is billing Medicare for their patients-who are not dying.
* A nursing home in Delaware that is billing Medicare as if they are fully staffed when in reality the nursing home is under staffed and Medicare patients are receiving very poor care.

The Delaware Corporate Whistleblower Center says, “We are urging a medical doctor or healthcare worker in Delaware to call us anytime at 866-714-6466 if they have proof their employer is involved in significant overbilling of Medicare. In some instances, an eyewitness account is good enough. What makes Delaware unique it is a small state, and local healthcare providers can get away with all kinds of things and the employees say nothing out of fear of losing their job.

"Why sit on a winning lotto ticket without ever discovering what it could be worth? We are all about helping a Idaho healthcare whistleblower getting rewarded for their information about substantial Medicare overbilling as we would like to discuss anytime” http://Delaware.CorporateWhistleblower.Com

Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Delaware Corporate Whistleblower Center: Do not go to the government first if you are a potential whistleblower with substantial proof of wrongdoing. The Delaware Corporate Whistleblower Center says, “Major whistleblowers frequently go to the government thinking they will help. It’s a huge mistake. Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower’s information could destroy any prospect for a reward. Do not try to force a company/employer or individual to come clean about significant Medicare fraud, overbilling the federal government for services never rendered, multi-million-dollar state or federal tax evasion, or a Delaware based company falsely claiming to be a minority owned business to get preferential treatment on federal or state projects. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it’s sufficient, we will help you with a focus on you getting rewarded.”

Unlike any group in the US the Corporate Whistleblower Center can assist a potential whistleblower with packaging or building out their information to potentially increase the reward potential. They will also provide the whistleblower with access to some of the most skilled whistleblower attorneys in the nation. For more information a possible whistleblower with substantial proof of wrongdoing in Delaware can contact the Whistleblower Center at 866-714-6466 or contact them via their website at http://Delaware.CorporateWhistleBlower.Com

HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA REALTOR® GERALD “JERRY” BOURRELL EARNS MILITARY RELOCATION PROFESSIONAL (MRP) CERTIFICATION

I believe that the knowledge, skills, and experience gained through my Naval career have given me a heart to serve my community. ”

— Jerry Bourrell

HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA, USA, September 25, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — Jerry Bourrell is an intelligent, well-informed and resourceful Associate Broker at Leading Edge Real Estate Group in Huntsville, Alabama.

Jerry grew up in Laurel, Mississippi and attended R.H. Watkins high school. His passion for the outdoors and his belief in service to others led him to the Boy Scouts of America. Recognized by his peers for service, leadership, and brotherhood, He was selected to become a member of Scouting’s National Honor Society, Order of the Arrow and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He says, “I believe the Scout Oath and Law were an integral part in forming who I became as an adult. My family has a proud tradition of serving our country in the Military and I wanted to continue that tradition, broaden my cultural understanding of the world, and continue my education.” He graduated from boot camp in the top ten percent of his class, gaining promotion prior to transferring.

The USS Abraham Lincoln was his first ship and he was assigned to the Oxygen and Nitrogen (O2N2) shop in Engineering. He stood out by quickly qualifying as a supervisor on the complex O2N2 generating system. A senior Non- Commissioned Officer normally holds this position with an advanced degree in cryogenics. Jerry requested special permission from the Commanding Officer to waive the rank and school requirements in order to qualify and after his tour on the ship, he transferred to Meridian Naval Air Station.

Once again, he was appointed to a supervisor position, being placed in charge of three sailors in the O2N2 shop. He seized the opportunity to purse his education and completed forty-four hours of college credit receiving his AA degree while simultaneously, completing an Emergency Medical Technician course and volunteering at a local fire department.

It was during this time, that Jerry met his wife and decided to transfer to Marine Corp Air Station Iwakuni, Japan. He had already visited Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Australia and wanted to share the experience of learning about other countries and their cultures with his wife. Prior to their departure, Jerry attended an advanced engineering school on cryogenics, and air conditioning, refrigeration and graduated third out of thirty students.

Jerry supervised a team of nine American and Japanese workers producing oxygen and nitrogen on recently purchased O2N2 generating plants for the US and Japanese military. He created and developed personnel qualification standards, engineering operating procedures and strategic short and long- term preventative maintenance plans, which increased safety for the equipment and operators. He and his wife immediately immersed themselves into learning the Japanese culture, heritage, and language through classes at the University of Maryland. They enjoyed learning about the Japanese culture, and desired to continue expanding their international experience while representing America overseas. Their next opportunity was on board the USS La Salle in Gaeta, Italy, where he supervised and managed the Valve Shop, Oil Lab, Gauge Calibration Lab and maintained the ships repair parts inventory worth over $250, 000.00.

Jerry developed detailed written plans, using them to brief and lead a 25-man multinational team on the safe transfer of over 4 million gallons of fuel in port and at sea. Discovering a gap required certifications in the quality assurance program, which Jerry initiated and then implemented a command wide training program resulting in a successful review of the ships quality assurance program. After decommissioning the USS La Salle, he transferred to the USS George H.W.Bush.

Nine months after starting his new job, Jerry was selected “Sailor of the Year” for the ship, earning recognition as the top- rated sailor in his rank. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Chief Petty Officer and led forty-three sailors in six work centers, in the successful completion of 1,047 preventative and corrective maintenance items, including emergent repairs on three AC plants, one refrigeration unit, and one oxygen plant.

Jerry also volunteered to serve with the Army, conducting Detainee operations in Iraqi for a year. During this time, he managed and supervised 35 sailors and 45 Iraqi Correction Officers responsible for the care of over a thousand ideologically extreme, high-risk detainees. Upon his return, he transferred to the US Embassy in Rome, Italy to work in the Defense Attaché Office where he managed and directed five Italians in the administrative and operational support of six Attachées and two Liaison Officers. As the Diplomatic Clearances Program Manager, he supervised and obtained diplomatic clearances for four thousand eight hundred Military flights, over one thousand hazardous material flights, and over a hundred US ship visits by communicating and coordinating in Italian with the Italian Air Force and Navy.

Jerry also organized and coordinated distinguished visitor appointments to Italy, for the President and VP of the United States, two Ambassadors, four Congressional Delegations, The Secretary of Defense, The Secretary of State, and The Secretary of Navy, with multiple agencies involved.

Jerry says, “I believe that the knowledge, skills, and experience gained through my Naval career have given me a heart to serve my community.” His motto is: “Life is a Journey and a Pocket full of Memories and that if I can help someone put a Memory in their Pocket, then I done something worthwhile.”

After becoming a Real Estate agent, Jerry felt that is was very important to have the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification. “You see, I fought for our way of life and the American Dream. When I retired, I wanted to find a way to help people reach the American Dream.”

As a Real Estate agent in Huntsville, Alabama, Jerry serves the areas around Redstone Arsenal including Decatur, Madison, Toney, Owens Cross Roads, New Market, Meridianville, Harvest and Hazel Green.

Award-winning documentary coming to a cinema near you

This powerful documentary tells an important story that everyone needs to see.”

— Brigadier- General (Ret.) Carol Ann Fausone

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, September 22, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ —
“Delay, Deny, Hope You Die” will be coming to select cities in the U.S., starting on October 9.

This important documentary tells the story of American soldiers who returned from the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan with severe illnesses from chemical war. They are not the victims of ruthless enemy warfare, but of decisions made by their own military commanders.

These soldiers, afflicted with everything from respiratory diseases to rare cancers, were sickened by the smoke and ash swirling out of the “burn pits”, where both the military and private contractors incinerated mountains of trash. According to soldiers who served there, every type of waste was disposed of and burned, including batteries, appliances, vehicles, plastics, dead animals … even human body parts. Today, up to 100,000 soldiers are sick and dying.

The documentary is being distributed on a crowdfunding basis. Tickets MUST BE ORDERED IN ADVANCE to confirm each screening. For a complete list of planned screenings, please go to www.facebook.com/burnpitsdocumentary

Too Much Noise in Today’s Workplace

Too much noise in today’s open office

Industry best noise cancelling, speech recognition microphone

Irritating noise can come from all kinds of sources, especially—from other people’s voices.

the annual cost to Europe from excessive noise levels is estimated at £30 billion. With over 70% of offices now open plan, with little to no worker segregation – think of all that lost productivity.”

— The World Health Organisation

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, September 21, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — What do hypertension, sleep disorders, cardiovascular disease, impaired cognition and being annoyed have in common? All are possible outcomes of too much noise around us. Many people complain about noise, but fewer realize how harmful it can be. Turns out, hearing loss and ailments such as the ringing ears of tinnitus aren’t the only things we should worry about. Evidence of the non-auditory effects of noise on health is growing, too.

In offices, irritating noise can come from all kinds of sources: air conditioning, obnoxious ringtones, traffic, nearby construction, unsophisticated sound-masking systems and—especially—from other people’s voices, says Julian Treasure, chairman of a United Kingdom-based consultancy, The Sound Agency. Noisy environments tend to only get worse over time, because people start speaking louder as it gets noisier around them (known as the Lombard effect).

Being constantly alert to our environment, and noise easily makes us uneasy. Lab studies on humans as well as animals have shown that exposure to noise arouses the nervous system, causing rising blood pressure and the release of stress hormones. Over time, these instinctive responses can stress the cardiovascular system and give rise to negative outcomes such as anger and exhaustion.

Without an effective acoustical solution, experts say, the negative impacts of day-to-day noise in many office environments can also be significant.

“Cognitively, there is plenty of research now that shows that the most destructive sound of all is other people’s conversations,” agrees Treasure. “We have bandwidth for roughly 1.6 human conversations. So, if you’re hearing somebody’s conversation, then that’s taking up 1 of your 1.6. Even if you don’t want to listen to it, you can’t stop it: You have no ear lids. And that means you’ve just .6 left to listen to your own inner voice.”

The noise level of 60-65 decibels that’s common in some open-plan offices is not only too loud for concentration, it can also impede effective collaboration by causing speech interference. The sound level of speech is about 60 decibels if people talk to one another, in normal tones without raising their voices, at a distance of about one meter (3 ¼ feet). This means any other noise within that same range—someone else talking nearby, for instance—can cause speech interference, so not all the words may be fully heard. “Nevertheless, a sentence may be understood because of cortical processing. This, however, is an active process that may cause reaction leading to adverse effects in the longer run of chronic noise exposure.”
In other words, in noisy environments with poor acoustics, workers can as easily get stressed by trying to hear others as by trying not to hear others—a lose/lose proposition.

The World Health Organization estimates that the annual cost to Europe from excessive noise levels is £30 billion. With over 70% of offices now open plan, with little to no worker segregation – think of all that lost productivity.

If you think the acoustic environment in your office could be harming employee productivity and well being, you don’t have to shell out tens of thousands of dollars. Consider a practical solution to reducing noise levels in your space that can be implemented immediately at little cost.
